What You’ll Do
Identify, qualify, and develop new client relationships
Diagnose business and technical challenges
Lead and support proposal development and presentations
Secure contracts and grow long‑term accounts
Regularly visit clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Collaborate internally to clearly communicate our value proposition
Stay organized and accountable in managing your territory

Comfortable with 50‑75% Midwest travel
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (preferred)
2‑5 years of B2B sales experience (service‑based preferred)
Construction or industrial experience is a plus‑but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$80,000 – $115,000 (based on experience & education)
