The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction, and managing the team to achieve business goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include: Managing staff schedules, training, and performance. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing inventory and food costs to maximize profitability. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly. Collaborating with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth operations. Developing and implementing operational procedures and standards. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
