Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Geriatrics Department supporting outpatient and long‑term care in a rural setting.
Responsibilities
Alternate weekly work between outpatient clinics and residential care.
Provide comprehensive adult patient care, conduct exams, interpret tests, diagnose and treat conditions.
Perform minor procedures and collaborate with a healthcare team.
Qualifications
State licensure as a PA or APRN.
National certification.
Experience in geriatrics or internal medicine.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus bonuses and incentives, with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, relocation assistance, retirement plans, CME, and visa eligibility.
Location In‑person work in Gillette, WY, with some travel and relocation support. Located in a welcoming community with a low cost of living.
