We’re currently seeking a
Dining Room Manager
with a
strong background in hospitality, dining room leadership, and prior senior living or dine-in service
to help lead our exceptional dining team.

We’re Looking for Someone With:
3+ years of
hospitality or fine dining management experience
Proven skills in
customer service, team leadership , and
guest satisfaction
Strong communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
Familiarity with
dining technology systems
(POS, reservations, etc.)
Knowledge of
HACCP protocols
and dining regulations in healthcare/retirement settings preferred
Ability to
train, inspire, and lead
a service-driven team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Comfort with
Microsoft Office
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure every guest receives
exceptional service
and a memorable dining experience
Lead and schedule dining staff, evaluate performance, and support training and onboarding
Manage POS systems, reservations, menus, and service logistics
Maintain operational standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with the Director of Dining and Hospitality Services to ensure smooth operations
Foster a
positive, team-oriented culture
in the dining room
