We’re actively seeking a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join a growing team providing high-quality, clinic-based ABA services for children and their families in the Oklahoma City area.
As a BCBA, you’ll play a key role in driving meaningful outcomes by conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and partnering closely with caregivers and other professionals.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland)
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Supervise, train, and support RBTs
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For:
Active BCBA certification
Passion for quality care and clinical excellence
