What You’ll Do As a Wellness team Supervisor on our Non-Medical Home Care team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seniors receive safe, dignified, and supportive care at home.
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing home visits and ongoing client assessments
Supervising caregivers and ensuring care meets agency standards
Updating plans of care and ensuring client safety
Conducting supervisory visits every 30/60 days
Recognizing and coaching caregivers — and celebrating their wins
Supporting caregiver training and quality assurance efforts
Helping with the two-step PPD program as needed
Collaborating closely with leadership to ensure exceptional client service
This is a full-time role supporting our Mainline territory, based out of our Havertown office.

Comfortable teaching, coaching, and supervising caregivers
Organized, detail-focused, and able to prioritize

Requirements
RN or LPN license (current PA Board of Nursing registration)
10+ years of nursing experience preferred
Home care and dementia care experience strongly preferred
Managerial or supervisory background ideal
Sales or client-facing experience a plus
Strong clinical judgement and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Annual TB test required
Location & Coverage Office:
1950 Lawrence Road, First Floor, Havertown, PA 19083
Territory:
Greater Philadelphia — from the Delaware border to Horsham, with emphasis on the Mainline area. Travel within territory is required.
