Household Staffing
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the home. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A candidate that speaks both English and Spanish would be ideal for this role. The typical working hours of the position are 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. The position does require flexibility for longer hours and weekends when the Principal is in residence (about 4 weeks throughout the year).
Responsibilities
Ensure all bedrooms, bathrooms, common spaces at the property are consistently guest-ready, following specific checklists and service standards
Assist with house errands as needed
Conduct deep cleans, pre-arrival preparations, and post-departure resets under the direction of the House Manager
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and care of fine materials
Self-motivated and highly dependable; able to work with minimal supervision
Manage laundry including delicate fabric care, hand-washing, ironing, and wardrobe organization for Principals. Ironing of staff uniform for live-in house manager.
Assist Principals with packing and unpacking for travel
Assist with inventory management for household supplies, ensuring that cleaning products, toiletries, and other essentials are regularly replenished.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end or formal private household
Expertise in luxury cleaning techniques, fine laundry care, and proper use of high-end cleaning products
Impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate household needs
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy and confidentiality (signing an NDA is required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation preferred
Physically assist with household upkeep, including lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying up to 25lbs
Compensation
$43.00-$48.00 per hour
$90,000-$100,000 per year
40 hours sick time
2 personal days
2 religious days
Time off between Christmas Day – New Years Day
Time off – NYE, MLK day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day and the 5th, Thanksgiving and Black Friday, December 24th-January 2nd
