Responsibilities
Communicate all kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
Read, write, and maintain the manager’s daily log in English.
Attend weekly manager meetings, monthly staff meetings, and quarterly supervisor meetings.
Review weekly memos and complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
Report accurately and honestly on all events, positive and negative.
Comply with all policies, rules, and directions outlined in manuals, memos, and meetings.
Maintain open communication with all field personnel when a shift is completed.
Qualifications
Current food management certification.
Ownership mentality and adaptive scheduling (open 365 days per year).
Willingness to transfer to a different geographic location.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Basic math and computer skills; ability to count currency and make change.
Ability to read and write English.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, or crawl; operation of kitchen equipment.
Basic health code standards knowledge and adherence to policy for dress and grooming.
Stamina to work 50–55 hours per week at a moderate pace for up to 4 hours per session.
