What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage a targeted portfolio of high-profile Life Sciences accounts, driving renewals and identifying revenue expansion opportunities

Consult with customers to understand their needs and ensure they derive value from products and services

Develop new prospects and engage existing customers through multi-channel outreach

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and log activities in the company CRM

Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and support customer success efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience building relationships with executive sponsors and decision-makers

Strong technical background with a focus on sales and customer orientation

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) and LinkedIn

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
