Account Executive – Remote (Must Be Willing to Travel 10–12 Days/Month)
Remote (Must be based in Texas or Florida with ability to travel overnight)

Our Direct Client, headquartered just outside of Nashville, is seeking a driven, high‑energy Account Executive to join their fast‑growing team. If you’re the type of sales professional who thrives on hunting for new business, building relationships on the road, and owning your territory — we want to hear from you. In this role, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives and execute hands‑on business development efforts across your region. You’ll be working cross‑functionally with sales leadership, operations, demand planning, product, and finance to grow revenue, serve customers, and make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
Own your territory — build, grow, and manage customer relationship
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
Hunt for new opportunities and win new business
Travel 10–12 business days per month to meet clients face‑to‑face across a multi‑county region
Deliver 5‑star customer experiences from introduction to order completion
Monitor competitive trends in price, product, and service
Maintain daily CRM updates and report
Partner with internal teams to align on inventory, planning, and customer expectations
Qualifications
A natural hunter with a proactive, go‑getter mentality
5+ years of sales and account management experience in a high‑growth environment
Strong B2B selling background; corrections/government/law enforcement experience is a
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
Strong follow‑up skills and ability to multitask on the road
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 10–12 business days/monthComfortable with CRM tools and remote reporting
