We design and produce professional instrument cases and travel accessories that combine precision engineering, advanced materials, and modern aesthetics. Our products are trusted by musicians, creatives, and design‑driven professionals worldwide.

As we expand our presence in the U.S. market, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to represent SYC at major trade exhibitions, industry events, and brand activations across the United States.

Role Overview This is a contract‑based role, ideal for a seasoned sales professional with experience in high‑end, premium, or design‑led products. While experience in music or creative industries is a strong plus, it is not required. The ideal candidate understands how to sell premium products, build relationships at exhibitions, and convert in‑person conversations into long‑term commercial partnerships.

You will act as the face of SYC at selected events, engaging with dealers, distributors, artists, and industry professionals, while driving both on‑site and post‑event sales.

Key Responsibilities

Represent SYC professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and brand events

Present SYC’s carbon‑fibre product line with confidence, clarity, and strong product knowledge

Engage with retailers, distributors, and end clients to identify sales opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with high‑value accounts and prospective partners

Actively support booth operations, including setup, product display, and customer interaction

Capture leads, manage follow‑ups, and convert qualified prospects into sales

Provide structured feedback on customer needs, pricing sensitivity, and competitor activity

Collaborate with the leadership team to support U.S. market expansion strategy

Qualifications

Based in Los Angeles, California

Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in high‑end, luxury, design‑led, or professional products

Trade show, expo, or in‑person event sales experience strongly preferred

Background in music, creative industries, or professional equipment is a plus, but not required

Proven ability to build rapport quickly and close sales in face‑to‑face environments

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Professional appearance with high emotional intelligence and confident presence

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently at events

Mandatory availability from January 18 to approximately January 25, 2026, including attendance at the NAMM Show (Anaheim, CA).

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Compensation This role offers a fixed daily or hourly rate, plus commission on confirmed sales, with performance‑based bonuses for exceeding agreed targets.
