What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Establish and maintain productive relationships with distributor and retail accounts
Collaborate with a high-performing sales team to achieve shared goals
Manage territory coverage and prioritize account opportunities
Promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement through in-store presence
Conduct store reviews regarding product pricing and distribution
What is Required (Qualifications)
Outside sales experience, ideally in the pet specialty industry or consumer packaged goods/retail
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Experience in handling objections within the sales process
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM programs
Flexibility to travel up to 50% within the territory, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience presenting to both large and small groups
Familiarity with the pet specialty industry
Strong proactive, results-driven mindset in remote team collaboration
