Job Description We are looking for a technical support professional to join our team!

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Coordinate machine transportation, installations, and repairs for various clients.

Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Identify & learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.

Oversee technical support and call center initiatives for client products across various industries.

Record, track, and document the help desk request problem‑solving process, including decisions and actions taken, through to final resolution.

Skills / Experience

Overall high‑level knowledge of web‑based technologies.

Technical troubleshooting ability.

Familiarity with measurement tools (DVM, oscilloscope, power meter, etc.).

Desktop and network support experience (Preferred).

AA degree or higher (Required).
