Role Overview As a Lead FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning and analysis across multiple sites. This position requires strong analytical skills, experience with multi-site financials, and the ability to provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and analysis for multiple locations.
Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
Consolidate multi-site financial data and deliver actionable insights.
Partner with operations and leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Identify trends and recommend cost optimization strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in FP&A with multi-site financials.
Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel required.
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
