Tasks

Your main tasks include, among others:
Identify surplus airframe and airframe parts from airlines, maintenance facilities, leasing companies, and part brokers
Manage and negotiate airframe material and component packages for purchasing and sale
Maintain vendor and customer relations to sustain business relations with existing business partners
Monitor regional USM market to develop new material sources and find new customer opportunities
Explore business opportunities and projects on USM material packages with vendors and customers; consider reciprocal business
Monitor progress of USM material projects and initiate corrective measures to ensure success
Financial responsibility for all assigned accounts
Support, cooperate, and communicate with internal and external customers and vendors
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements You must fulfill the following requirements:
High school diploma/GED required
College degree/vocational training desirable
Bachelor’s degree desirable
1-2 years of experience in Aviation / Customer Service / Contract Management
Fluency in English language required
German and/or Spanish language desirable
Knowledge in Aviation MRO, Accounting and Customer Service required
Expert knowledge in SAP
Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and AvSight
Excellent ability to work under pressure
Strong adaptability
Excellent flexibility
Excellent business sense
Excellent cost consciousness
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving
Strong project management
Excellent quality consciousness
Willingness to travel
Shift work / overtime
