Account Manager – Clinical Sales (Respiratory Care)
Medical Dynamics Inc. is seeking a
Clinical Sales Account Manager
to lead hospital and health system conversions of advanced ventilation and respiratory care technologies across Oklahoma / Texas.
This role is highly clinical and strategic, focused on capital evaluations, system-wide implementations, and long-term partnerships with respiratory leaders, physicians, and hospital executives.
What You’ll Do
Drive territory growth through value-based, solution-oriented selling
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and capital opportunities in Salesforce
Lead equipment sales for ventilation and respiratory care platforms
Manage hospital and IDN evaluations, trials, and conversion strategies>
Partner with RT leadership, physicians, and chain on clinical and economic value
Support education, clinical training, and go-live implementations
Travel throughout the Oklahoma / Texas territory to support product demonstrations and evaluations
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of medical device sales experience (respiratory preferred)
Strong clinical understanding of invasive, non-invasive, and high-flow ventilation
Proven success with hospital capital committees and executive stakeholders
Ability to translate clinical outcomes into financial and operational ROI
Consultative, strategic selling mindset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for equipment demos and installs
Texas residency (preferred) with willingness to travel
