What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle inbound phone calls on warm leads, pre‑qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultations to small business owners

Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner’s Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto

Collaborate effectively with team members in a dynamic sales environment

Manage desk tasks while ensuring timely outcomes for customers

Deliver excellent customer service and tailored insurance solutions to meet business owners’ needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active commercial Property & Casualty license required, with eligibility to hold a full license in the resident state and 48 non‑resident states

Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines

Call center experience is valued

Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate effectively

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
