As an Account Coordinator, you play a crucial role in maximizing the efficiency of our CRM data and aligning it with our marketing strategies to enhance client engagement. Serving as the primary liaison between HFA's studio leadership, sales, marketing, and our CRM platform, you'll harness your strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to ensure seamless information flow and data-driven marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

Working closely with studio leadership, sales and marketing teams, and CRM to ensure alignment and optimization of account-based marketing goals and strategies.

Managing and analyzing CRM data to identify trends, optimize client engagement, and implement targeted marketing campaigns.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client databases, including contact information, account profiles, and communication records.

Acting as the “subject‑matter expert” for non‑technical, CRM‑related queries and concerns, providing education, training, and continuous support to all users.

Overseeing the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date CRM data to ensure information integrity and data health.

Regularly reporting on account performances, engagement metrics, and other KPIs to assist in continuous improvement and optimization of marketing strategies.

Coordinating and tracking the delivery of tailored marketing materials to target accounts for optimal engagement.

Collaborating with various teams to create and execute engaging and creative marketing campaigns that resonate with current and potential clients.

Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities, utilizing best practices in ABM to refine our strategies.

Qualifications

Strong familiarity with CRM software and tools, ideally with proven experience in maximizing their potential for business growth.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.

A team player with a strong collaborative attitude, able to work well with diverse cross‑functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in a similar role within an architecture or engineering environment; additional certifications in CRM or related tools would be a plus.

Familiarity with Account‑Based Marketing principles and strategies is highly desirable.
