Senior Manager Mixing Technology (f/m/d) Technology & Innovation

Your responsibilities
Lead and further develop the Mixing Labs at our facility in Schattdorf, CH
Develop mixing programs for newly developed or modified compounds in close collaboration with the colleagues from material development
Provide mixing expertise to all business units globally and build an internal worldwide network across local mixing locations
Organize low-volume specialty mixing activities for local operations
Contribute to the Mixing & Surface (M&S) and T&I strategies, and support or execute related strategic initiatives
Drive agility, sustainability, and digitalization across mixing and laboratory processes
Coordinate global mixing technology topics in collaboration with local specialists
Foster innovation by creating space for ideation and developing new concepts and projects
Represent the company at technical and innovation conferences to expand the professional network
Our requirements
Master’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science
Experience in rubber compounding and rubber mixing
Strong understanding of laboratory management, processes, and methodologies (analytical, rubber‑specific, and mixing‑specific)
Solid technical knowledge of materials and mixing technologies
Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide and motivate teams
Established network within the rubber compounding industry (industry and academia)
Fluent in written and spoken English (Level C1); good command of German (Level B2) is an advantage
