Sales and Business Development

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and reporting of the location’s financial reporting as well as managing human resources tasks to ensure compliance and support.

Responsibilities

Partner with operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of financial goals and targets.

Work with regional and operations finance team to implement financial optimization programs.

Help operations teams understand financial data and take actions to drive improvements.

Work with location leader to continually refine and update weekly location financial forecasts.

Complete the ‘MSR’ each day and produce a balanced month end ‘MSR’.

Manage an accurate and timely month‑end close process.

Develop and implement recruitment/staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers.

Ensure all Levy and legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner.

Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.

Oversee onboarding and orientation training for new team members.

Lead efforts around employee engagement and retention at the location.

Ensure efficient and welcoming employee check‑in experience.

Partner with the location leadership team to develop and deploy an employee engagement action plan.

Assist managers with employee investigation and progressive discipline procedures as needed and work with Regional HR to determine outcomes.

Move between strategic and operational thinking to execute strategy.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Experience

2+ years in a Finance/Accounting role preferred.

Experience in Human Resources preferred.

Operational experience in food and beverage preferred.

High level of computer literacy.

Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work non‑standard hours as dictated by event schedule.
