Job Description Our client is a premier design firm based in New York City, specializing in creating interior environments that align with clients' strategic goals. Established in 1979, the firm has a team of over 185 professionals across its New York headquarters, as well as offices in Long Island and Florida. Operating from this central hub, they serve clients across the United States and have successfully completed projects in 44 countries worldwide. Their expertise covers a diverse range of project types, including workplace, retail, hospitality, and healthcare, as well as collaborations with commercial building owners to enhance property value and leasability.
They are currently seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their Healthcare division in their New York City office. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the architectural industry, with a strong background in healthcare projects within New York.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of experience in the architectural industry.
Extensive experience with healthcare projects in New York.
Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee healthcare design projects.
Familiarity with local codes and regulations related to healthcare architecture.
Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino
(V-Ray, Grasshopper, and 3ds Max a plus).
