Associate Attorney
with a unique blend of trusts & estates and business law experience to join their thriving practice. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated attorney with strong tax acumen and a passion for providing top-tier legal services.
Responsibilities
Counsel clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, asset protection, and estate administration.
Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts for high-net-worth individuals.
Provide guidance on estate and gift tax matters, including supervising tax return preparation.
Research and analyze complex legal and tax issues.
Prepare and review contracts, business filings, and other business-related documents.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school.
3-5 years of experience in trusts & estates, with a focus on complex estate planning for high-net-worth individuals.
Solid knowledge and understanding of estate and gift tax rules.
Experience with estate and trust administration.
Experience with business formations and corporate transactions is a plus.
Strong writing ability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
A dedication to building and maintaining client relationships.
