Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, P.C. is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handle a significant number of inbound calls, providing phone support.
Document customer transactions according to company procedures in a web-based CRM application.
Perform new client setup and existing maintenance functions.
Anticipate customer needs and deliver stellar customer service.
Work with attorneys to help ensure customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a professional customer service setting, business‑to‑business preferred.
Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated ability to gather and assess information in a fast‑paced environment.
Required Skills
Microsoft Outlook and Internet/Web skills.
Listening and rapid comprehension skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with difficult customers and situations.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a collaborative environment.
The Client Service Representative position is a Full‑Time position, Monday through Friday in our Hauppauge, NY office.
Salary: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour.
