What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Deliver regional training to promote quality care, patient satisfaction, and increase revenue

Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new hygienists at dental practices

Collaborate with vendor partners to arrange field meetings and enhance product utilization

Serve as a liaison to the hygiene team, addressing inquiries regarding policies, reports, and support materials

Partner with practice owners to prepare hygiene budgets and determine territory needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Active Licensed and/or Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of residence

Ability to obtain hygiene licenses in supporting states within a year of hire

Must be able to travel to assigned offices

Proficient in manipulating small instruments, supplies, and equipment with dexterity

Demonstrated excellence in dental practice and strong business acumen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

Prior dental administrative or leadership experience

Experience as adjunct or full‑time dental hygiene faculty, or in dental hygiene consulting

Ideal candidate should reside in the New Orleans area
