Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor – Clinical The Department of Ophthalmology at the LSU Health Sciences Center, School of Medicine in New Orleans is seeking a faculty member as a retina subspecialist at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor (non‑tenure, clinical track).

The successful candidate will be expected to integrate clinical duties with departmental educational programs for medical students, residents and fellows, and to engage in and support departmental clinical research.

Practice locations are situated in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Houma.

Minimum Qualifications

MD or equivalent

Fellowship training in retina

Certifications & Licenses Required

Board certified/board eligible (or equivalent) in Ophthalmology

Licensed to practice medicine in Louisiana and credentialed with all required entities before date of hire
