Territory Manager – Medical Device Sales
Base salary
60,000 USD
per year with commission and bonuses that may bring total OTE to
110,000 – 160,000 USD . Territory:
Indiana – must live within the territory. Travel:
3 overnight trips per week. Responsibilities: Sell medical equipment designed for aesthetic applications. Identify and onboard new clients, including clinics and medical centers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Manage outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Conduct product presentations and client education sessions. Negotiate contracts and maintain long‑term partnerships. Support transactions from initial offer through delivery. Requirements: 1‑3 years of B2B sales experience. Demonstrated success in a sales‑driven environment. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal communication skills. Confident public speaker with presentation experience.
