Counseling Supervisor
CHC is a non‑profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize and direct the day‑to‑day activities of the RAMAR program, including clinically supervising and evaluating counseling staff, ensuring exceptional services and monitoring productivity and policy adherence.
Maintain an individual caseload providing direct service to patients through individual and group counseling.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or related field.
Current license from the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as a PCC‑S or LISW‑S, or from the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professional Board as an LICDC‑CS.
Knowledge of and experience with managerial operations, strong leadership, supervision, communication and employee development skills.
