As the Partnership Manager with Opr Entertainment Group (OEG), you will manage the implementation of annual marketing programs to fulfill partnership contracts, serving as primary liaison and day-to-day contact for partners to ensure high-quality support. You will oversee Sponsorship department deliverables to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment of partnership commitments, while working closely with marketing teams across our portfolio of iconic venues to coordinate, implement, and execute all contractual elements and marketing programs.
Reports to VP Sales & Brand Partnerships.
Responsibilities
Work with external and internal business teams to manage the implementation of annual partnership / sponsorship programs.
Build strong partner relationships and serve as a primary point of contact to ensure effective communication and account support.
Work with internal business teams to develop and manage annual partnership fulfillment budgets.
Track partnership metrics and provide periodic updates to internal business teams. Prepare annual partner business reviews, including program initiatives, valuations, and performance. Maintain organized records of partner social activations, in-venue marketing assets, preshow slides, email banner ads, etc.
Facilitate partner requests for tickets, hospitality, and related needs, and provide on-site hosting as appropriate.
Manage partnership contract execution in collaboration with internal business teams, Legal, and external partners.
Lead the partnership renewal process. Maintain contract schedules to ensure timely notice of key dates, initiate renewal discussions, and coordinate timelines for new contract execution.
Serve as a resource for external sales agencies, providing information as requested for sales presentations and prospecting.
Manage Ryman Corporate Membership program activation (post-sale), including contracts, invoicing, and ticketing needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
Degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.
Experience
4+ years’ experience in account management, project management, sales, or marketing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines through strong organizational and strategic planning.
Self‑motivated team player.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to providing high‑quality work.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
Speak and hear to communicate; use both near and far vision. Frequently sit with some walking and standing. Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs. Continually use gross motor skills with frequent use of bimanual dexterity and fine motor skills for computer use.
Working Conditions
In‑office position based in a corporate environment with individual workspaces and shared common areas which support focused work while encouraging regular interaction among colleagues. Moderate background noise typical of a collaborative office setting. Occasionally work within the entertainment venues.
