Highly qualified individual sought to lead a NYC Congressional Campaign. A successful candidate will possess a breadth of campaign experience and must demonstrate a range of professional skills. They will be passionate about building and running people-powered campaigns. This position will be responsible for day to day oversight of all campaign operations, management of campaign budget, coordination with vendors and consultants, and leadership of a large campaign staff. Responsibilities

Direct overall campaign execution Manage staff, vendors, and volunteers Oversee budget, fundraising operations, and compliance in coordination with finance and compliance staff Execute field, communications, and voter contact plans in coordination with consultant team Serve as primary point of coordination across departments and consultants Track goals, timelines, and metrics to ensure campaign discipline and progress Required Skills and Qualities

Demonstrated experience with the responsibilities above Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines. Ability to work irregular hours and weekends. At least 3 cycles of political campaign experience including one as a manager. Familiarity with campaign software (i.e. VOTEBUILDER, NGP) Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
