Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, customer‑facing technology programs from ideation through launch and post‑delivery. You will partner closely with engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex technical programs from initiation through implementation and post‑launch support
Translate user and business needs into clear product and technical requirements
Coordinate efforts across engineering, design, professional services, business partners, and internal stakeholders
Drive critical business process improvements and customer experience initiatives
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, scope, and estimates
Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and scope control
Present complex technical and program information clearly to executive leadership
Guide teams through day‑to‑day delivery challenges while maintaining focus on strategic goals
Ensure alignment across people, processes, tools, and organizational priorities
What You’ll Be Working On
Mobile and web‑based digital business programs
Enterprise technology solutions from concept through delivery
Customer‑facing platforms with a strong focus on experience and reliability
Roadmap and portfolio planning using Jira, Confluence, and related tools
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
10+ years of experience leading complex technology implementations and programs
Proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional programs in fast‑paced environments
Strong experience with program financials, scope estimation, and delivery governance
Experience delivering mobile and web digital programs
Strong communication skills with technical leadership and executive stakeholders
Expert‑level experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to synthesize complex information into practical, effective initiatives
Strong IT‑centric and customer‑centric mindset
Desired Skills
Experience managing programs involving payments, subscriptions, or e‑commerce
Understanding of transactional UX, payment flows, and subscription lifecycle management
Experience working with Agile teams
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and build strong partner relationships
Experience balancing competing initiatives while maintaining strategic alignment
Strong risk assessment and business justification skills
Proven ability to define and execute short‑ and long‑term program strategies
3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
Stable work history within large enterprise organizations
