Swoon is actively seeking an Executive Systems Support Analyst to join the team! What will your day-to-day look like?

Provide onsite deskside and endpoint support to executive level individuals, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems (Windows, macOS, mobile), software installation and updates, printers, and network connectivity. Support meetings and events, including A/V planning, setup, and troubleshooting; conference room technologies; and video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Skype. Utilize and support enterprise endpoint management tools including JAMF, SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy to manage devices and user environments. Research, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, while proactively identifying opportunities to prevent recurring problems and improve service delivery. Collaborate with ETS teams, campus departments, vendors, and third parties to coordinate support, elevate issues, and communicate outages or service impacts. Deliver exceptional customer service by building trusted relationships, maintaining technical documentation and asset inventories, supporting users both onsite and remotely, and actively contributing to a values-driven, collaborative team culture. What’s required?

Strong cross-platform technical troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in an enterprise environment. Practical experience with endpoint and identity management tools, including Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, Group Policy, and PC image deployment and testing. Working knowledge of hardware and infrastructure support, including Dell and Apple devices, network printers and file shares, print servers, and general network troubleshooting. Experience supporting conference rooms, events, and A/V technologies, including video conferencing platforms, microphones, cameras, and presentation systems. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build trusted partnerships, supporting users both onsite and remotely while clearly communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Location – Tempe, AZ On-Site Role – Monday – Friday with some weekend work as needed 6-month contract to hire Hourly Rate - $25-$30 an hour; Salary of $60,000 Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident What’s Next?
