Base pay range $75.00/hr - $75.00/hr
Company Overview A leading global private equity investment firm with $70 billion of assets under management focuses on the mid-cap segment of the market. They are seeking a Manager for their Investment Operations team to enhance operational processes across their investment lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end operations process for deal fundings and realizations/exits, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.
Refine and standardize deal closing and realization workflows, identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
Own the weekly deal flow forecast, ensuring clear communication of upcoming activity and dependencies.
Monitor key deal milestones and resolve bottlenecks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
Ensure data integrity for Deal Team workflows, promoting consistent, high-quality data capture.
Support quarterly ILPA, attribution, and LP reporting deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality outputs.
Act as the primary contact for fundraising-related data and deliverables across new funds and managed accounts.
Assess existing operational procedures and develop process‑improvement recommendations.
Serve as the day‑to‑day owner and “power user” for Dynamo and Atlas, shaping requirements and championing best practices.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience, with 6+ in private equity.
A degree in accounting or finance is required; a CPA is a plus.
Knowledge of PE deal structures and familiarity with private equity reporting.
Understanding of private equity valuations.
Familiarity with portfolio data management systems and experience with developing workflow processes.
Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and functions.
Compensation Pay Rate: $75 – $95/hr, DOE
