Position Overview The Auburn Fabrication team is looking for an experienced Level 5 Business Operations Specialist to lead our Fulfillment Organization. The ideal candidate will have both Business Operations and Supply Chain experience in the aerospace industry, be agile, organized, data‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment while interacting with senior management and executives across many functions and programs.

Position Responsibilities

Guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy and cost implications.

Coordinate and clarify analyses with business partners to validate results and determine scope, developing business cases aligned with long‑range goals.

Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel.

Coordinate commitments with internal and external organizations for large‑scale, complex plans that fulfill broad strategies set by executive leadership.

Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases.

Present plans to executive leadership to gain approval and provide implementation direction for work authorization.

Facilitate the establishment of an overall management system architecture using Program Management Best Practices.

Develop and maintain visibility systems to support the architecture, providing status information on commitments and compliance to plan.

Ensure follow‑up action for issue resolution.

Represent executive management to internal and external business interests in communicating business policy, strategy, and direction.

Assist in task management and provide expert business advice to enable efficient use of executive resources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Experience in project or program management.

Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience collecting, interpreting data, and presenting findings at senior leadership level.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Supply Chain experience within the aerospace industry.

Summary pay range:

$158,495 - $186,050
