The Position

The GTM Segment Marketing Manager leads go-to-market strategy and execution for key end markets, translating customer insights into targeted messaging, segmentation, and marketing tactics. This role partners cross-functionally to develop and implement strategic plans that grow market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability. It drives integrated marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring effective execution across channels and alignment with business objectives. Success in this role requires strong customer insight, coordinated campaign delivery, and deep collaboration with Sales, IT, and Marketing teams.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

Develop and implement segmentation strategies and Go-To-Market plans for target customer segments.

Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, digital, trade shows, social media, CRM, and sales enablement.

Collaborate with Sales, IT, and other teams to align marketing initiatives and drive cohesive business solutions.

Support Business Development in prospecting and client acquisition efforts.

Manage production and distribution of marketing collateral, including catalogs, photography, and design assets.

Monitor marketing performance, review business concepts, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Drive revenue generation through catalog advertising sales and marketing support services.

Qualifications and Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years in marketing-related role, B2B marketing experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred but not required.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, etc.) preferred.
