R0004498**Job Title: Revenue Manager****Position Summary**The Revenue Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue performance across a portfolio of multifamily assets. This role supports the broader revenue management function by analyzing market trends, monitoring occupancy and rent performance, and leveraging revenue optimization tools to drive asset value. The ideal candidate is analytically driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in multifamily pricing systems and strategies.**Key Responsibilities*** **Revenue Optimization**
+ Implement and maintain pricing strategies using multifamily revenue management platforms
+ Monitor daily pricing recommendations and performance metrics to ensure alignment with occupancy and revenue goals.
+ Collaborate with property operations and marketing teams to support leasing velocity and price optimization.* **Market & Portfolio Analysis**
+ Analyze market conditions, competitive positioning, and historical performance to inform pricing decisions.
+ Identify trends and opportunities for rent optimization across different asset types and markets.
+ Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and asset management teams.* **System Management & Support**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue management systems and tools.
+ Ensure data integrity and system accuracy through regular audits and updates.
+ Support onboarding and training of new properties into the revenue management platform.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with analytics, operations, and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
+ Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute data-driven recommendations.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.* 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or related roles in the multifamily or hospitality sector.* Familiarity with multifamily revenue optimization tools such as REBA Rent, LRO, YieldStar, or similar platforms.* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and data visualization.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.**Preferred Attributes*** Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.* Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.**Who We Are**We are honored to be recognized as a multi-award winning organization, including one of the Best Places to Work in Multifamily Housing.
