Now Hiring: Experienced Regional Manager Based out of Knoxville, TN. Must be willing to travel throughout Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama and North Carolina. We are looking for a driven, hands‑on leader with multifamily property management experience who knows how to elevate teams, improve performance, and protect asset value. 5+ years in multifamily regional/property oversight. Proven success driving occupancy & collections. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience with budgets, financial reporting, delinquency, and evictions. Vendor and contract management experience. Fair Housing and compliance knowledge. Comfortable with tech (AppFolio or similar, Excel, email, reporting tools). Travel-ready, coachable, accountable, and proactive. Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of apartment communities. Drive occupancy, revenue, and operational performance. Lead, mentor, and support Property Managers and onsite teams. Manage rent collections, delinquency, eviction timelines, and expenses. Ensure payables are approved and processed daily. Conduct inspections, audits, and performance evaluations. Manage vendor relationships and contract execution. Deliver accurate, timely portfolio reporting to executive leadership. Maintain brand standards and resident satisfaction. Support hiring, training, coaching, and accountability across your region. Application
