Key Duties & Responsibilities Key Duties
Receive and process customer orders through various channels, including online platforms, phone, and email, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels to fulfill orders promptly.
Accurately pick products from the warehouse shelves, carefully pack them, and prepare orders for shipment, following specific packaging guidelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to arrange pickups and ensure timely delivery of orders. Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate shipping records.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet our quality standards before shipment.
Monitor order status and provide timely updates to customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to their orders.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures, providing exceptional customer support throughout the process.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery to minimize customer impact.
Accurately input order details and other relevant information into the system, maintaining precise records of all transactions.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve the fulfillment process, suggesting and implementing efficient procedures to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Maintain a safe, clean warehouse and follow all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Material Resources: Handling and processing machinery, equipment, inventory, and packaging materials. Errors may lead to inventory discrepancies, delays in shipments, and potential financial losses.
Information Resources: Processing confidential customer information and order details. Errors could result in breaches of customer trust and legal implications.
People, Policies, and Practices: Collaborating with the inventory team and shipping carriers to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Responsible for adherence to company policies and providing exceptional customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to exhibit the Company's Core Values: Empathy, Passion, and Grit.
Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Proven experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software is desirable.
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying packages up to a certain weight.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and shipping partners effectively.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to work occasional extra hours during peak seasons.
