Overview
Responsible for clerical support, ordering processing and coordinates detailed reports.
Responsibilities
Responsible for answering employee and vendor telephone orders and inquiries.
Responsible for inventory control tracking.
Maintaining the purchasing cycle by using purchase orders, requisitions and invoices.
Reconcile invoices and receiving tickets.Prepare purchase orders or bid requests.
Negotiates with vendors to procure the best price and the best delivery method.
Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
Ensure the safety and security of company information.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
One-year clerical experience.
College prep courses preferred.
Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle or similar purchasing software)
Pay Range USD $17.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.
Tipped Position This position does not earn tips.
