Customer Support Specialist

We are hiring a friendly customer support specialist to communicate with our customers and help solve problems. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor and have 2+ years of customer service experience with a strong desire to help people.
You will need to be tech‑savvy. Access to a quiet work environment, a smartphone, and a computer with reliable internet access is required. If you are empathetic and enjoy working with people you should apply now. We are looking for someone who can work full‑time. Shifts may include nights and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer's questions and find solutions to meet their needs
Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, text, chat, and email
Maintain customer and driver satisfaction
Report technical issues to the engineering team
Report customer feedback to the management team
Collaborate with other GoShare staff members
Applicants from Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia are preferred. Other states are considered on a candidate‑by‑candidate basis.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory
1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem‑solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to details
Problem‑solver
Ability to listen
Bilingual a plus
