About the Role As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during your shift. You will ensure team members are delivering excellent service, food quality is maintained, and health and safety standards are consistently followed. This role is ideal for someone with previous leadership experience who’s ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shift
Assign daily responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and health regulations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
Promote a positive work environment and help resolve conflicts among team members
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
Qualifications
Must be
18 years or older
At least
1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
in food service, retail, or a similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Must have or be willing to obtain an Alcohol Awareness Card
