Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in aviation/airport planning, urban planning, civil engineering, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in aviation planning at both large and small airports. Deep knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Expertise in grant application processes, both state and federal. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; adept at building and maintaining professional relationships. Motivated to lead and mentor a team; strong organizational abilities. Preferred Skills
Master’s degree in a relevant field. Hands-on experience with airport planning tools like AutoCAD and AviPLAN. Acquainted with Aviation Modeling Software such as TAAM, AirTop, SIMMOD, or CAST.
