Who We Are Looking for and What You Will Do as a USANA Quality Control Inspector We are looking for a detailed‑oriented individual to join the USANA quality team as a quality control inspector. In this position, you will perform quality control tasks including visual inspection and sampling raw materials, gel capsules, packaging components, general merchandise, finished products, dimensional measurements and functional testing using aseptic methods.
Operate Near Infrared Spectrophotometer (NIR) to identify raw materials as required per assigned function.
Create quality control documentation, including inspection worksheets, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, and other reports.
Clean and maintain inspection equipment, rooms, and areas.
Process product returns.
Qualifications
Ability to understand technical training to perform the essential functions of the position.
Skilled in mathematical problem‑solving.
Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
