What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Execute day-to-day tactical elements of direct marketing campaigns, including print and digital communications
Coordinate projects between client services, production, and creative teams to ensure proper approvals
Develop and manage project timelines and task lists for multiple projects simultaneously
Collect and communicate project specifications from clients to internal departments
Proofread creative materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing, or a related field
Some experience in account coordination preferred
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ability to learn new computer systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of direct mail strategies, program execution, and retail structure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Effective time-management and prioritization skills
