Packaging Supervisor Night Shift

Role Purpose The Packaging Supervisor is responsible for overseeing packaging operations, actively managing Packaging Operators and Lead, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality control and safety standards. This role partners closely with the Sr. Packaging Manager, Assistant Packaging Manager, Packaging Leads, and Packaging Operators.

Accountabilities & Impact

Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Lead packaging operations to ensure products are packaged according to established standards and specifications.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality and consistency.

Manage training and development of personnel, providing guidance on best practices and equipment operation.

Skills & Experiences Needed

Associate’s Degree with 3‑5 years of relevant experience.

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Team player capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑starter, well‑organized, and able to multi‑task.

Ability to learn and cultivate technical expertise.

Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level.
