1+ years of experience as a Safety Professional in a construction environment Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, or Environmental Applied Sciences — or strong, relevant construction safety experience BCSP certified (STS‑C, CSMC, or CHST) OSHA 510 CPR/First Aid/AED certifications Strong working knowledge of construction safety regulations and safety management systems Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills Ability to train, coach, and influence others Who Thrives Here
