As a Commercial Training Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving sales readiness and excellence across the Advanced Wound Management portfolio.
Remote position based in the United States, with travel to Fort Worth, TX (25–50%).
What will you be doing?
Deliver engaging training programs for new and experienced sales professionals through live, virtual, and field-based sessions.
Certify the sales team on product knowledge, clinical pathways, competitor strategies, and selling skills.
Coach and mentor sales reps and managers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with global and local teams to customize training content and address performance gaps.
Develop strategic and tactical plans for Commercial Training & Education initiatives.
Track and report on training effectiveness and ROI.
What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor’s degree.
3–7 years’ experience in commercial sales, training, or marketing (medical device industry preferred).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate across teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Benefits and Compensation The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 USD annually.
