Our client in specialty retail is looking for a Store Manager to lead the Easley, SC location. You will own total store operations and profitability, building weekly and monthly plans that drive sales, service, and merchandising standards. You’ll coach and develop the team (including an Assistant Manager), translate metrics into actions, and manage payroll and scheduling to targets. Ideal candidates will be experienced retail managers and a track record elevating service, presentation, and productivity. Success in this role requires strong retail leadership, comfort analyzing sales and payroll metrics, and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Retail Store Manager (Retail Management exp req) Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and profitability

Drive superior customer service by modeling expectations and coaching associates

Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates and management team members

Create and execute daily, weekly, and monthly business plans to achieve store goals

Analyze sales, payroll, and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making

Ensure merchandising, presentation, and door-to-floor standards are consistently met

Uphold company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards

Oversee inventory, scheduling, and customer service processes

Track store performance, KPIs, and proactively address areas of concern

Align store culture with company vision and values

Protect and maintain company assets and resources

Retail Store Manager (Retail Management exp req) Qualifications

2+ years of retail store management experience required

Experience managing teams of 5-20+ people required

Experience reviewing sales reports and managing payroll metrics required

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and Saturdays required
