About the role The Marketing Activation Coordinator supports the execution of integrated brand activations across digital, social, influencer, PR, experiential, and creative channels. This role helps bring brand strategies to life through strong coordination, creative support, and operational execution.
Support execution of brand activation plans across marketing channels, including social, digital, PR, and experiential initiatives
Help coordinate logistics for activations such as product sends, event materials, and vendor support
Assist with outreach, coordination, and follow‑up for activation partners as needed
Support development of packaging concept designs, collateral, and activation creative in partnership with the Brand Activation lead
Assist with creative storytelling across marketing touchpoints, including copy drafts, content ideas, and creative briefs
Coordinate with freelance designers and agencies to support creative execution
Support planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives such as pop‑ups, sampling events, campus activations, and brand moments
Research and help organize vendors, partners, and logistics for events and special projects
Help problem‑solve on‑site or remotely as needed
Keep activation timelines, trackers, and details organized
Track project status, budgets, and expenses
Support post‑activation recaps and learnings
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to support execution
Ensure activations align with brand standards and objectives

Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
How you differentiate yourself
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media management or PR
Practical knowledge of Canva and similar digital content creation tools
Passionate about our brands, consumers, and company mission
Great problem‑solving skills & sense of job ownership
