Berntsen International is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing InfraMarker and core business teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling a variety of responsibilities, and takes pride in helping a sales and marketing engine run smoothly. What You Will Do
Coordinate presentations and provide sales support materials to internal teams and sales partners Track active accounts, deadlines, and follow-up tasks Support RFP and bid preparation, including required paperwork and submissions Ensure proper payment and billing processes are followed Manage contract documentation and renewals Assist with coordinating engineering resources for sales support and technical prep Identify RFP and bid opportunities across state, federal, and local agencies Maintain vendor registrations and certifications with government platforms and prime contractors Conduct warm outreach to qualified prospects and assist with early-stage pipeline development Event Coordination
Manage pre- and post-conference activities, including lead capture and follow-up Coordinate trade show logistics, booth materials, and shipping Support presentations and joint activities with Esri, HID, and other partners Assist with internal and external event scheduling and preparation Qualify incoming marketing-generated leads and route them appropriately Support analytics and campaign performance reviews Assist with content distribution, promotional materials, and customer communications Use Salesforce and supporting tools to track pipeline metrics and communicate performance Maintain price lists, quote templates, and supporting sales documents in Salesforce Provide administrative support for sales systems and process updates What We Need From You
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative coordination. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Experience preparing or managing government bids/RFP submissions Background or aptitude in sales, business development, or sales coordination Experience in event management, vendor coordination, or marketing support is a plus Skills & Attributes
Exceptional organization and time management; able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details Strong attention to accuracy and quality Highly motivated, goal-driven, and energized by contributing to team wins High initiative and comfortable taking charge and moving tasks forward independently Strong communication and follow-through across teams Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes Benefits
