SUMMARY DESCRIPTION The
HR People Analytics Manager
plays a critical role in HR’s transformation by shaping global HR strategy through data-driven insights. Reporting to the VP of Global Total Rewards & HR Services, this position leads people analytics initiatives, develops advanced reporting intelligence and capabilities, and enables strategic decision-making across the organization.
This is a
hybrid
full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday. As a global role, occasional flexibility for early morning or evening calls is necessary to ensure effective collaboration across time zones.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Analytics Strategy & Insights
Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Demonstrated success in data analytics and storytelling with performance trends and key metrics.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business unit leader and senior leadership.
Advance Workday People Analytics Discovery Boards and integrate Workday PRISM dashboards to enhance enterprise-wide decision-making.
Enable AI reporting capabilities and Workday PRISM.
Data Integrity & System Integration
Ensure data accuracy through regular auditing of Workday and integrated systems.
Build capabilities to migrate data from legacy systems or manual processes into Workday for a single source of truth.
Establish performance tracking tools to ensure the system is performing at optimal capabilities
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and HRIS teams to maintain data integrity and interoperability.
Regulatory & Compliance Reporting
Lead data reporting for EEO, VETS, and other regulatory requirements through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance.
Build and maintain custom reporting based on needs of the company.
Understand data feeds to vendor and downstream systems and external providers to ensure accuracy and correct mapping between systems.
Collaboration & Education
Mentor HR team members on leveraging analytics for workforce planning and business decisions.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across HR and business units.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Informatics, Statistics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years in analytics and reporting required, preferably in a global organization.
Proven success configuring Workday Discovery Boards; Workday PRISM experience strongly preferred.
Proven capabilities in developing data models and cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of HR KPIs and People Analytics best practices.
Proficiencyin Workday reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and advanced Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies and solutions.
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Experience working in a regulated industry with preference for life sciences / MedTech.
Experience working in a global organization.
Be results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, and fiscally responsible
Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic setting
$109,250.00 - $149,500.00 USD Salary. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
